Water– I’ve been making sure to drink at least 80-100oz of water a day. This has helped keep me full and hydrated and to flush everything out.
Macros– I’ve been following a tailored-to-me macro split of carbs, protein, fat, and fiber. Eating the right grams of each category is going to help keep you in a calorie deficit, which is what you need to lose weight
